Our fishing is done in west Matagorda bay, Espiritu Santo and San Antonio Bay. Whether it’s chasing Speckled Trout on a sandy shoreline, Redfish over mud and grass or Flounder
on a shell covered bottom—-we got you covered. There are so many different types of terrain accessible by a short boat ride which allows us to stay on the fish year round.
We cater to all fishing experience; from the young kids to the young at heart. Everyone is welcome here.
Capt. Brandon Kendrick runs his trips out of a 2014 21ft Shoalwater Cat powered by a 2016 250 Yamaha SHO. The boat runs shallow, fast, comfortable and extremely dry.
Types of Fishing
Boat fishing
We take a boat ride to look for signs of “fishy activity” as much as our other types of fishing. Only difference is
we anchor upwind or up-current and stay in the boat. Usually in this type of fishing we use live or dead bait to coax our fish into eating.
Drift Fishing
Same scenario as our boat fishing it starts out with a boat ride to one of our back lakes or reefs that is holding some kind of bait. Once the lake or reef is chosen to fish
we will drift over the area with either live bait and/or artificial lures.
Wade Fishing
Our wade fishing is some of the best in the state of Texas. Once we arrive at our destination we will gear up with our favorite baits for the day, whether we are throwing artificial’s
or live bait for the day. After hopping out of the boat we will spread out and work the area. Wade fishing can be very rewarding and definitely a great way to fish.
